She has spent over a decade in nonprofit development for the NAACP, a civil rights and social justice organization, where she managed its donor relations work. Ebony played a pivotal role in ensuring financial sustainability and growth of the organization by effectively engaging donors and key stakeholders. Ebony is a proud native of Queens, New York where she currently resides.
