IMI (Immigrant Movement International) “€“ Corona Presents:  Lucid Dream: A Series of Teen Workshops

LOCATION: IMI, 108-59 Roosevelt Avenue, Corona, Queens, 11368.  Next to the 111th Street 7 Train Stop

IMI Corona  is a community space that hosts a variety of free experimental educational workshops that merge art and activism.

Lucid Dream is a series of workshops dedicated to teens only! This is a space for youth to grow and express themselves individually and artistically.

June 6 : Frontierra Project 4-6 pm
Build community, explore oppression and develop English skills through theatrical games and scenes.

June 13: Mobile Print Power 4-6 pm
Learn how to do silk-screening while covering themes from the migrant manifesto.

June 20: The Art of Dance 4-6 pm
Join this group and explore different styles of urban dance including: hip hop, house and more!

June 27: Open Mic Night 6-8 pm
A night of performances and art! Come share what you learned at the teen nights!
