Institutional Partners

A group of Latinx children and adults who are masked, gather around a table covered with a black cloth. On the table sits a large loom with black warp strung vertically and rainbow colored weft being woven into the warp by a child guided by an adult’s hand.

We would like to acknowledge our Board of Trustees (including Ex-Officio) for their leadership, vision, and support. We thank our many Institutional partners, members, sponsors, partners and friends, without whom our Museum’s programming would not be possible. For more information on partnering with the Museum, please click here.

The Queens Museum is housed in the New York City Building, which is owned by the City of New York. The Museum is supported, in part, by public funds from Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature, the New York State Council on the Arts, and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the Queens Borough, President Donovan Richards, and the New York City Council. Additional funding is provided by the New York State Council on the Arts.

The Queens Museum Is Able to Thrive Because of You

Institutional support from Foundation and Government partners is a vital part of our ongoing success.

The Queens Museum is deeply grateful to our institutional partners for supporting our general operations, exhibitions, educational, and community-based programs, which serve hundreds of thousands of individuals each year.
