Lior Modan is the Chief Operating Officer at the Queens Museum. He is a senior operations leader with extensive experience in advancing institutional readiness, coordinating across departments, and infrastructure planning within major cultural organizations. At QM, he provides key strategic leadership, overseeing all areas of operations, including Capital Projects, Front of House, Facilities, and IT, and is responsible for identifying efficiencies across the organization. Lior has a proven ability to guide museums through periods of transformation by aligning facilities, people, technology, and financial resources with mission-driven goals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bezalel Academy and a Master of Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.
