Kimaada Le Gendre has over 15 years of experience leading, organizing and creating youth and adult programs in NYC and upstate NY ranging from social justice, radical pedagogy, community activism and environmental education. She holds a Bachelors in English from Hunter College and a Masters in Environmental Law & Policy with a concentration in Climate Change Law from Vermont Law School. She is also a senior fellow in the Environmental Leadership Program and an Immigrant Civic Leadership Senior Fellow in the CORO New York Leadership Program. Currently, she is a 2021 New York Community Fellow with the Institute For Nonprofit Practice and is an executive board member for the Museums Council of New York City.
