Hanna Miller joined the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation in June 2020 and serves as the Senior  Grants Management and Compliance Associate. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Miller was  a Finance Associate at the law firm of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP based in its London  office. At Freshfields she advised international clients on a wide range of leveraged finance  transactions and corporate governance, specializing in issues related to compliance with  international financial crime, sanctions compliance, and anti-money laundering. 

 

Ms. Miller received her JD from New York University School of Law, and is admitted to the  New York Bar. She holds an MTS focused on anthropology of religion from the Divinity School  at Harvard University, and earned her BA, magna cum laude, from Williams College where she  graduated with majors in art history and religious studies.
