Inside Patty Chang’s most ambitious exhibition to date The Wandering Lake, 2009–2017, the artist will engage in conversation with Jill Casid about the exhibition and the eponymous artist book, the two distinct representations of narrative and performance that organically inform and construct each other.
Jill H. Casid is Professor of Visual Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has written extensively on landscape and performance.
The conversation will be followed by the book launch of The Wandering Lake (2017), an artist book co-published by Queens Museum and Dancing Foxes Press, Brooklyn.
