-Public Health Solutions : Public Health Solutions (PHS) has launched its Health Insurance Navigator Program with a specific focus on reaching youth and their families. Free services to educate community members on the new Affordable care act “ObamaCare” and offer free assistance in helping parents and family enroll in health coverage.
