ArtAccess Open Studio for Young Adults with Autism

We welcome individuals between 17 and 25. Participants work on projects of their choosing and with mentors, encouraging exploration and expression. This group meets twice a month on select Sundays for forty-five minutes. Registration is required and based on availability.

Participants must be accompanied to the Museum. Care partners are required to stay with participants throughout the workshop if necessary.

Directions
Subway
7 train to Mets-Willets Point. Follow the yellow signs on a ten minute walk through the park to the museum, located next to the Unisphere.

Car
Grand Central Parkway, exit at Shea Stadium and follow the signs to the museum. Free parking.

Bus
Q48 to Roosevelt Avenue and 111th Street, walk south through the park. Q23, Q58 to Corona Avenue and 51st Avenue, walk east through the park.
