In this series of workshops, participants will explore hands-on art-making activities and learn basic skills in Fiber Arts (weaving, knitting, and crochet), bookmaking, and painting. Each week will feature a different project. No previous experience is required for this workshop. This will be a moment to relax and learn new things that can enrich our daily life.

• Dates: Wednesdays, August 24, September 14, and 28, October 12 and 26, November 9

• Location: On-site, Queens Museum Unisphere Gallery
• Materials will be provided
• No registration is needed
• Open to all ages
• This workshop is in Spanish and English

En esta serie de talleres, los participantes explorarán actividades artísticas prácticas. Cada semana habrá un proyecto diferente. Aprenderemos las habilidades básicas de las artes de la fibra (tejido, punto y ganchillo), la creación de libros y la pintura. No se requiere experiencia previa para este taller. ¡Todo el mundo es bienvenido, y será un momento de relajación y aprendizaje de cosas nuevas que se pueden aplicar para enriquecer nuestra vida diaria!
